- Winter term runs from January 5 - March 21, 2026
- Registration will open in mid-November for the winter fall term

New students planning to start winter term -
- Go to go.chemeketa.edu/apply to get the steps to getting started and apply
- Once you get your student ID #, take the online placement assessment
- You will be sent an email with information about claiming your my.chemeketa (student portal) account
- Book an in-person Orientation & First Term Advising appointment with the Yamhill Valley advisors. Call 503.472.9482 to schedule

Chemeketa Yamhill Valley provides a fully accredited community college in the heart of Yamhill County. We began serving the Yamhill Valley in 1974, moving into a state-of-the-art facility in 2011.
